A decentralised autonomous organisation (DAO) is an entity that’s different from a traditional company or government structure as there is no central leadership. Decisions are made and governed by a community organised around a specific set of rules enforced on a blockchain.

We love this model and although we’re not there yet, it's something for us to grow into over the next few years.
